Drop Dots Dog Cookies & Treats we are dedicated to making healthy dog cookies & treats for every size and breed of dog. 

Feed our decorated dog cookies as a REWARD or TREAT.

Portion treat to an appropriate size for your dog and always supervise your dog while eating.
 

We use powder sugar, egg whites, gel coloring and water, so please limit your pet depending on it's size. We are not responsible for side effects due to over feeding.

 

Please understand that there is approximately 5-8 day turnaround + shipping time  on all orders because your order is made fresh by our dog cookie decorators!

ORDERING

 

♥ If your ordering dog cookies for a special occasion, please let us know the following information. 

        1. Date of the special occasion

        2. Date you want them by

 

♥ PLEASE FEEL FREE to order your dog cookies in advance! No time or date is too early!

ALL ORDERS OVER 12 DOZEN MUST BE ORDERED BY EMAIL!

 

♥ All our dog cookies are baked & dehydrated, so they will keep for up to one year.

 

♥ Please note that on ALL Decorated Dog Cookie orders are made-to-order & can take 5-8 day to complete + shipping time.

 

♥ Need a different amount of dog cookies than offered. That’s okay! We can work with you! Just send us an email with what your wanting to order.

 

SHIPPING

♥ Our dog cookies ship out as soon as they are done! (Only within the United States) 

 

♥ We will ship all of our decorated dog cookies using medium & large USPS FLAT RATE boxes.

ALL ORDERS OVER 12 DOZEN MUST BE ORDERED BY EMAIL!

   

 

♥ Ordering from AK/HI ships using USPS Flat Rate Priority and there can be extra charges added after the order.

 

♥ We confirm all orders with you and then send you the tracking information.

 

♥ Changes to any order can be made before shipping, but will delay your order by 2 weeks.

 

♥ Orders will be shipped to the PAYPAL address provided.

 

♥ Gift Orders will be shipped to the “GIFT ADDRESS,” fill out using PAYPAL. 

 

♥ We will not include invoice in gift packages.

 

♥ WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOX ADDRESSES 

 

 

PAYMENTS

 

♥ Payment types accepted:

• PAYPAL – Easiest way to pay and includes the best customer protection.

• We accept credit cards through PayPal’s “Guest” check-out system.

• CHECKS & MONEY ORDERS – We will not ship your order until the check or money order has cleared our bank.

• DEBIT & CREDIT CARDS –  Our credit card company is Square. It is completely secure to use this process, which is important to us.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

♥ If there are 3 or more decorated dog cookies that arrive broken we will replace them at no charge to you as long as you notify us by email within 10 days of the delivery date and supply us with a picture of the broken dog cookies. We  package and ship our cookies using only the best materials and care. But, there has been times due to temperature changes during the shipping  process that can cause bleeding of colors and holes in shrink wrapping, which  is completely out of our control. We do not give refunds if that happens. If you have any concerns about this issue, please feel free to contact us. I am sure we can work something out.

 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR DOG COOKIES

 

♥ All our dog cookies are dehydrated. Don’t put them in the FREEZER! Store them at room temperature and keep them in their packaging until you want to use them.

 

♥ They will last a really long time! Recommended up to 10-12 months.

 

♥ Our dog cookies DO NOT melt in when exposed to hot temperatures.

 

♥ All our dog cookies are baked & dehydrated using commercial grade machinery.

 

♥ ALLERGY ALERT! All our dog cookies are made in a kitchen that has been exposed to PEANUTS!

 

♥ Some of our dog cookies are GLUTEN FREE meaning that we do not use Wheat, Corn, or Soy and some of our products are No Wheat or Corn. The only soy that is used is Imitation Bacon Bits.

 

♥ All of DROP DOT DOG COOKIES have been tested with a GUARANTEE ANALYSIS.
